I figured that since families in the pokemon universe have bird/cat/dog pokemon there had to be someone who runs like a pet-shelter kind of joint and so this gal breeds pokemon for domestic households and has a bunch of cat and dog pokemon that can be given as pets!
I just pulled out my sketchbook and according to when i drew her last year her likes are: cats and dogs, girls (is lesben) and tea, and her dislikes are: pretentious trainers, and eating salad
She’s not super into battling and just wants to love her pets and help others do the same!

I have my own theory that humans in the Pokemon world don’t even have a concept of direct violence. They settle all disputes through Pokemon battles, but also a human without pokemon is entirely helpless. This might lend its self further to the notion that humans can’t venture outside of towns without bringing trained pokemon to protect them. Like, can Pokemon world humans even throw a punch? I think the notion of humans ever directly using violence against one another without pokemon involved is something they can’t even think of.
